C家厨房---腊味糯米饭

  材料:糯米500克(用开水浸泡一晚)
     瑶柱,又名干贝(泡水一小时,撕开)
  做法:将腊肠粒及腊肉粒先炒一下
     上屉隔水大火蒸45分钟
