  原料:莴笋300g,五花肉50g,姜一小块,蒜米3瓣,红尖椒1个
  
  1.莴笋去皮,清洗干净切片;猪五花肉切薄片;姜、蒜切末;红尖椒切碎
  2.烧热炒锅后将火调小煸炒五花肉,直至五花肉滋滋冒油并开始有些卷曲、边角发黄
  3.视五花肉出油情况以及个人喜好加入适量油烧热,倒入姜、蒜、红尖椒炒香
  4.大火,加入莴笋片翻炒至熟
  5.加盐、味精调味,关火出锅
